Hand Diaphragm Pump

Hand diaphragm pump is called hand pump for short, which is composed of shell, gland, spring, piston rod, piston, one-way valve and oil pipe. The hand diaphragm pump is a part that delivers the fuel in the oil tank to the oil passage. Its main function is to absorb and deliver the fuel, and to ensure that there is no leakage of fuel and pressure during pumping.

The hand diaphragm pump is used to remove the air in the engine oil duct. When there is air in the engine oil duct, such as a new car just off the assembly line, or the fuel in the fuel tank is running out, and when starting the engine, the engine cannot start, because the engine fuel pump can only work when the engine starts. At this time, it is necessary to use the hand diaphragm pump to pump the fuel in the fuel tank into the oil duct.

The shell of the hand diaphragm pump is made of aluminum ingot by die-casting; the upper and lower glands are made of high-quality cold-rolled plates by stamping; the spring of the hand gland is made of 65Mn spring steel, and the piston pull rod and oil pipe are made of 45# steel with a fatigue resistance of more than 200,000 times; the piston and O-shaped sealing ring are polymerized by fluorosilicone rubber; the one-way valve spring is made of Korean 304 stainless steel, which can resist fatigue impact and has an effective resilience of more than 2 million times.

1.For the hand diaphragm pump, it is necessary to do a good job of daily maintenance. First of all, all parts of the hand diaphragm pump should be kept clean, and there should be no oil stains around the valves and plungers.

2. When using the hand diaphragm pump, it should be handled with care, without bumping, and the pressure rod should be tightened to avoid damaging the screw teeth.

3. When not in use, the non-painted surface shall be coated with a layer of Vaseline oil to prevent rust, and shall be put into a sealed box and stored in a dry room with suitable temperature and away from direct sunlight.

4. It should be noted that the hand diaphragm pump is a vulnerable part, which should be checked and replaced regularly in about 1-2 years.

1.The pump oil is abnormalThe oil supply of the hand diaphragm pump is reduced, which is mainly caused by the blockage of the filter element of the hand diaphragm pump or the blockage of the oil circuit; in case of severe conditions, the hand membrane pump will not be able to produce oil, and will not provide lubricating oil to lubricate all parts in the machine body.
