The eccentric bolts in the traditional are of low strength and are prone to slipping buckles and thread failure when adjusting the front wheel beam angle and need to be replaced with new eccentric bolts.
If the wheel camber is outside the standard range of use, it can only be adjusted by using eccentric bolts, which ensure that the wheel data is normal and prevent wheel wear.
The eccentric bolt consists of a bolt head, an eccentric gasket and a bolt. The bolt head, the eccentric gasket and the bolt are connected in sequence, the bolt head and the eccentric gasket are not centred and the threads of the bolt are provided with a U-shaped positioning groove, which is a simple, easy to use and safer eccentric bolt.
Wheel bolts: mechanical components, cylindrical threaded fasteners of nuts. A type of fastener consisting of two parts, the head and the screw (a cylinder with external thread), which needs to be fitted with a nut and is used to fasten two parts with through-holes. This form of connection is called a bolt connection. If the nut is screwed off from the bolt, and the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a removable connection.

Caution |
1. When dismantling, pay attention to evenly loosening the diagonal, so that the spanner is perpendicular to the tyre screw, to avoid the tyre screw being bent by the force and thus causing the screw to break.
2. When installing, pay attention to the installation of the diagonal, the diagonal in uniform tightening, do not tighten at once, and do not install the screws all on one side of the wheel, so as to make the screws evenly stressed and avoid deformation of the rim.
3. Do not grease the wheel bolts, as grease will reduce the friction between the threads and reduce the self-locking effect of the bolts, resulting in a greater likelihood of the bolts loosening.
